to 150-kilos a hand x 3 x 1 reps (took extra attempt on the right)
Partial deadlifts - 4-inch minimum as per meat hook lift
to 300-kilos x 3 x 1 reps (of 4 attempts) = dizzy
Seated Leg Curls
to 19p stack +5p x 8 reps
Bwt 19st 7lbs
