Leg curls (other machine in use so did this first)
to 80-kilos x 7 reps d/d

Leg ext
to 120-kilos x 12 reps
RT work
L/H: 111.25-kilos x 3 x 1 reps and then 3 reps
R/H: 118.75-kilos x 3 x 1 reps and then 3 reps
