Trained early due to appointment. Right hip and knee annoying me. Previously I trained legs etc roughly every 8-10 days and currently it's weekly. This may be a tad too much. I may also be getting old...

to 120-kilos x 12 reps
Leg Curl
to 80-kilos x 5+1+1 reps
