L/H: 5/6 x 3 x 1 reps, 6/5 x 3 x 1 reps
R/H: 5/6 x 1 rep, 6/6 x 3 x 1 rep, 6/7 x 1, VVN, TnG
The last but one top set (ie: the max effort one) was relatively easy and all sets bar the max effort stuff was done sitting on the floor. This makes a difference - try it.
