Worked in on the first few sets with another lad. 30 years old but only 3 months in the gym - so I pushed him a little.

50-kilos x 10 reps, 80-kilos x 10 reps, 120-kilos x 10 reps

47.5-kilos @ x 3 x 25 seconds.
