Up before the Lark (lazy Lark) and done a bunch of stuff inc Sun day lunch so if I am half recovered from the gym I'll try the opposite hills near my house in a bit and then back to chill and scoff

Hitting the wall - ok at best
Two hand pinch
using pin and a pair of 15's (60mm?)
to +80-kilos etc x 6 and 5 reps
Short medley
Inch and then a 90-kilo with Fat Gripz handle attached worked to ex. Sweat flying off of me. Tried a little hub work to fin
Lisa did Deads, shoulders, arm and abs
