Leg Press
to 600-kilos (most of safeties a few at the end below) x 11 reps

Leg Ext
to stack x 17 rp reps

Leg Curls
to 18p x 8 reps

Frame holds for time
usual x 3 sets (H11+2 mats) and first sets poor pickup but carried on anyway.
