Silly little niggle I worked out today as to why. Left index finger nerve impingement at the first knuckle caused by gripper work makes it feel cold at time. I eased off the pedal on grippers and did ok on 2HP. I'll take 90% of next week off.

So I'm asked to look at JST Nutrition and an amazingly over priced protein product coming in at 83.99 pounds for 2.25kg. A whois and company search throws up the usual info. No issues there. But our good friend 'de-lactosed' whey is in the ingredient profile.
They sell 'Tornado' all in one (also 83.99 for 2.25kg) at 50% protein and 'Peptido' same ingredients but higher protein percentage (80) and the same price. Neither are for sale as both are 'out of stock'. Interesting.
Of note, however, was that they own and operate Jodie Marsh (model etc) Sports Nutrition. On there they have 'Bulldog all in one protein' which is the very same as their 'Tornado' and also IS selling for 2.25-kilos at 83.99 for a 50% protein product with 'delactosed whey'. Ya gotta love the CGI of the tub - no actual photo of any real tub. A confidence builder.
On the JST main site one of their 'ambassadors' is a very busy fellow by the name of Cody Sylvester. I say busy cos he does 10 sports and looks different in very photo.
Insert the point at which one requires a barge pole for touching said products...

God I'm a disaster zone today. I nigh on chocked to death on some vitamin tablets. Then at the gym managed to catch my left palm and finally, in the Asda car park, jammed my right thumb on a post.
